New resort at Raa atoll from Heritance by Aitken Spence-Avas.mv

Sri Lanka’s homegrown Aitken Spence will be unveiling their newest resort at Raa atoll Aarah; under their ‘Heritance’ brand.

According to various tourism insider news sites, the USD 50 million worth project at Aarah will have a finished resort providing a total of 157 rooms in various categories.

Heritance at Aarah is reported to boast 10 family villas, 10 pool villas, 51 beach villas, 56 over-water villas and 25 luxury water villas. Apart from this the resort will also house a presidential water suite for the extremely lavish travelers.

The resort slip at a 40 minute seaplane distance from Velana International Airport (VIA) will also house a six-roomed spa situated over-water.
