And Megan Marx’s newfound stardom appears to have contributed to her enviable jet setting lifestyle.

According to Woman’s Day, the 28-year-old was overheard bragging about a taking luxe getaways for free due to her TV star status at Stan’s Sydney event last week.

A source told the publication she boasted about scoring freebies due to her large social media following, which consists of more than 138k followers on Instagram.

Megan’s two-week trip to The Maldives was well documented in February, as she posted in numerous scantily-clad bikinis in the idyllic locale.

Staying in the luxe Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas and Kandima Resort, she shared photos from within her pricey villas and within each separate resort complex.

During her holiday, she was flown around in a private seaplane, kayaked, SUPed and freedived.

She soaked up the the sunshine and enjoyed the crystal clear waters, but never once tagged a post with ‘sponsored’ or ‘ad’.

Megan Marx told Daily Mail Australia on Monday: ‘The last 18 months I’ve been working with resorts/ hotels and tourism boards – some are modeling jobs and others are free flights/ accom/ food in exchange for posts. The Thailand trip I have coming up in April is fully sponsored. Lucky enough to have lots of travel blogging friends that help me with contacts.’

She is also due to appear on screens for Channel Ten’s Bachelor in Paradise, but the series air date has yet to be announced.
